Meet Lauren
Hello! I’m Lauren Tedeschi.
I’m the author of Still Momentum: How to Heal and Thrive at the Same Time, host of the Still Momentum Experience, and creator of the Still Momentum Framework.
While navigating my own health challenges and life transitions—and building a career in training and development, education, coaching, and entrepreneurship—I discovered something powerful:
Stillness is not the opposite of momentum. It is often where momentum begins.
What began as a personal practice became a book—and then grew into a framework designed to help people pause with purpose, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with greater clarity and calm resilience.
Today, I bring Still Momentum to life through guided experiences, workshops, retreat collaborations, and reflection resources that help the ideas carry into everyday life.
I also bring perspective from both sides of the retreat experience. As a certified yoga instructor who has led mother-daughter retreats in the past and continues to attend others’ retreats for personal growth and renewal, I appreciate both the care that goes into creating a meaningful retreat and what it feels like to experience one as a participant.
When I’m not writing or facilitating, you’ll usually find me with my family, near the water, watching almost any kind of sport, or wearing my favorite baseball hat.
My hope is simple: to create experiences where people feel seen, supported, and reminded that healing and moving forward can happen at the same time.
