A guide for women learning to pause, heal, and move forward with progress

A professional introduction: I am the author of Still Momentum: How to Heal and Thrive at the Same Time and the creator of the Still Momentum Experience, a space where reflection, growth, and aligned action come together. I hold a B.A. in communications and a Master’s Degree in Mathematics Education. I have worked as an educator, mentor, and business owner, guiding individuals through personal and professional transitions.

I am also a certified life coach and wellness mentor, whose work blends practical guidance with reflective practices that help people reconnect with their inner clarity and strength. I created Still Momentum for anyone who feels caught in between wanting to heal and wanting to move forward. My work invites people to: pause with purpose, reconnect with themselves, gain clarity, take aligned action, and move forward with calm resilience.

A personal introduction: I am a woman, wife, and mother who hosts book talks, workshops, and Still Momentum Experiences, creating space where women can gather, reflect, and take meaningful steps toward the next chapter of their lives.

After years of navigating life’s challenges, I built a career in education, coaching, and entrepreneurship. During this time, I discovered something powerful: Stillness is not the opposite of momentum. It is often where momentum begins.

Still, Momentum began as a personal practice during a time when I needed both healing and forward movement in my own life. It has become my mission to help anyone looking for or needing both.

I live between a quaint town, Scituate, MA, and the bustling community of Ft Lauderdale. Both offer a place where I find my greatest inspiration, near the ocean. It is where stillness and movement exist side by side.

I am most happy when surrounded by family and feel most comfortable in a worn pair of jeans, and wearing a favorite baseball hat.

“Pause with purpose. Heal and thrive at the same time.”
